The November luncheon will feature a panel discussion regarding the varied parts of the problem loan process, from recognizing the problem, importance of legal counsel and alternative resolutions of the problem loan, court-appointed receivership, deed-in-lieu, foreclosure or actual sale of the problem loan or REO.
